Our family has been a long line of machinists for 5 generations now, since before the Lapp family emigrated from Germany to start a new life in The US.

With that heritage, Evasion Brewing was born with an understanding of precision and a desire for quality. Flavor is always our number one goal when crafting beers, and the fact they are all completely gluten free, brewed in a dedicated GF facility, is the arm-behind-the-back challenge we are proud to embrace and excited to explore.

Our Brews

  • Hophoria IPA, 5.2% A well balanced IPA made with a blend of Citra and Mosaic hops that provide an experience of flavors and aromas from oranges and blueberries to stonefruit. It has an assertive, hoppy finish that is short lived.

    • Ingredients: Water, Millet, Rice, Buckwheat, Oats, Hops and Yeast

  • Blonde Ale, 4.0% This is a classic beer that is light, refreshing and a perfect end to the work day. Made with Saaz hops to balance the subtle malt sweetness.

    • Ingredients: Water, Millet, Rice, Hops and Yeast

  • Tantamount Stout, 5.5% This dark, full-bodied stout has complex flavors of dark chocolate and coffee, as well as a smooth molasses like sweetness.

    • Ingredients: Water, Millet, Rice, Buckwheat, Oats, Hops and Yeast

  • Seasonal Release: Pacific North #Blessed, NW Style IPA 6.8% Taste the privilege in every drop of this classic North West Style IPA. Pine Forward and citrusy, thanks to Colombus, Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, and Centennial hop varietals. Heavily hopped, but remains approachable.

    • Ingredients: Water, Millet, Rice, Oats, Hops and Yeast

  • Special Release: Air Hostess From The 60’s, Hazy Pale Ale 5.0% Irresistibly smooth. This high class beverage features Amarillo, Meridian, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra Hops. Tropical fruit, lemon curd and berry notes give this beauty a personality to match. Super limited quantity.

Yamhill Punch, Wine Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale, 7% ABV: We couldn’t be more excited to release YAMHILL PUNCH in 750mL cork and cage. A Farmhouse Ale over a year in the making. Starting as a Millet Saison with Mosaic hops, it was then aged in red and white wine barrels from around the county, aged on Pinot grapes and Riesling juice for a year, and finished with foraged blackberries and plums. This beer has a dark Rosé hue, full of stone fruit and dark fruit flavors and aromas, and has bright citrus and tropical fruit notes from the wild yeast and hops. A really refreshing complex beer. Bottled in large format to encourage sharing and improve aging.

Grandpa’s Nap, Whiskey Barrel Aged Millet Wine, 11.5% ABV: A whiskey forward beer aged in KOVAL Distilling oat and millet whiskey barrels. The El Dorado hop's candied strawberry character compliments the toasted coconut and vanilla qualities the barrel imparted, making for a decadent aroma. Not too sweet, with a light, oaked toffee quality that’s cut by assertive hoppiness from that El Dorado. This big beer is a sneaky little night cap, not just for grandpa's, but for anyone wanting to try something unique and innovative in the ever changing world of craft beer. Bottled in large format to encourage sharing.

All our beers are made with gluten-free grains. This means our beers are naturally gluten-free. When Oats are used, they are certified gluten-free, processed in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
