Yamhill Punch, Wine Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale, 7% ABV: We couldn’t be more excited to release YAMHILL PUNCH in 750mL cork and cage. A Farmhouse Ale over a year in the making. Starting as a Millet Saison with Mosaic hops, it was then aged in red and white wine barrels from around the county, aged on Pinot grapes and Riesling juice for a year, and finished with foraged blackberries and plums. This beer has a dark Rosé hue, full of stone fruit and dark fruit flavors and aromas, and has bright citrus and tropical fruit notes from the wild yeast and hops. A really refreshing complex beer. Bottled in large format to encourage sharing and improve aging.
Grandpa’s Nap, Whiskey Barrel Aged Millet Wine, 11.5% ABV: A whiskey forward beer aged in KOVAL Distilling oat and millet whiskey barrels. The El Dorado hop's candied strawberry character compliments the toasted coconut and vanilla qualities the barrel imparted, making for a decadent aroma. Not too sweet, with a light, oaked toffee quality that’s cut by assertive hoppiness from that El Dorado. This big beer is a sneaky little night cap, not just for grandpa's, but for anyone wanting to try something unique and innovative in the ever changing world of craft beer. Bottled in large format to encourage sharing.
