For most, food and beverage is something that we come together to enjoy. It helps build community and shared experience. For some, we face challenges that make it impossible to join the party. Issues with consuming gluten can limit access to some of the best parts of life, and separate us from things we love to enjoy and the people we love to enjoy them with.
Evasion Brewing is committed to unlocking at least part of that problem. Our innovative beers provide something that everyone can enjoy. Our Brewery and Tasting Room provide a space to come together for shared experience.

Our flagship IPA. A blend of Mosaic and Citra hops add euphoric tropical and citrus notes to this well balanced IPA. (All cans are 16oz. Case equals 6 - 4 Packs)

The beer that started Evasion. A classic dry Irish style ale with notes of Coffee, Chocolate and Caramel with Hazelnut undertones. (All cans are 16oz. Case equals 6 - 4 Packs)
Its finally here, our first new Imperial since taking ownership! Complex and rich with everything you would expect in a traditional mole’ sauce. Cinnamon, Vanilla, Chocolate with a complex Chili finish with little to no actual spiece. Easy to drink and a little dangerous at 11.5% ABV. A very limited quantitiy, so get it before its gone!
Our Blonde Ale blended with Blood Orange, Cloudy Lemon and Agave to create a shandy beer cocktail that mimics the flavors of an Aperol Spritz. (All cans are 16oz. Case equals 6 - 4 Packs)
Fresh coastal cranberries and blueberries are steeped with cinnamon, nutmeg, alspice and orange zest to deliver a mouth watering addition to an otherwise traditional saison, featuring Saaz and Amarillo hops. If you have had the chance to visit the Brewery in McMinnville, you might have had the chance to try some of the more experimental brews. Most of them, might be just a touch strong for growler fills, which we have been doing, but now its time to move to canning these unique beers. Starting with a set of stronger winter stouts, we will be aiming to release something new every month. The catch, is that they will be in limited quantity. We will be working toward setting up pre-orders, but for now, watch your calendar and stop by either location to pick some up before its gone!
